Job Description
Semper Valens Solutions is looking for a Senior Logistician to support the acquisition, installation, and life-cycle management of state-of-the-art strategic satellite network control and planning systems for use with the Digital Satellite Communication Systems (DSCS) and Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) satellite systems.
The Logistician will provide Integrated Product Support Management relevant to the current elements of TLCM. The intimate knowledge of the Wideband Control Strategic Portfolio of integrated systems is paramount. TLCM currently includes a variety of critical milestones and the following elements: design interface, product support management, sustaining engineering, supply support, maintenance planning, & management, packaging, handling, storage and transportation, technical data, support equipment, training & training support, manpower & personnel, facilities and infrastructure, and computer resources. The contractor shall be equipped to support the mission with minimal direction while performing all logistic support functions.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing logistics program activities, such as ILS, technical documentation, and RAM.
- Responsible for managing and improving logistics procedures, ensuring products are safely and efficiently delivered. They may oversee warehouse materials, identify market trends, monitor inventory levels, and develop KPI metrics.
- shall position and deliver material to satisfy highly variable readiness and combat sustainment needs in a variety of unique and demanding environments.
- Will meet all materiel management and maintenance statutory requirements; improve readiness through performance-based sustainment strategies.
- Will establish and/or follow, end to end processes focused on outcomes.
- Responsible for implementing contemporary business systems and practices that enable the integration of people, information, and processes; and protect critical program information as it moves through the supply chain.
- Must be a high school graduate, with the ability to execute highly effective verbal and written communication. A relevant degree is preferred.
- Must have 6-10 years of Logistics management or Supply Chain management experience. Specific experience with DoD logistics processes and procedures is preferred.
- Willing to travel in performance of required work responsibilities.
- DoD Secret Clearance required
