Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a complaint specialist for a medical device client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This position is completely remote. In this role, you will handle complaints related to implantable brain devices, primarily received via email from sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire complaint process, from intake and assessing for reportability to reporting, reassessing after reporting, and reviewing for completeness and closure. You will be expected to manage approximately 100 files at a time, ensuring that all complaints are thoroughly addressed and resolved.

Skills And Requirements
5 years' experience as a complaint handler
1 year of comprehensive handling: Intake, assessing for reportability, reporting, reassessing after report, reviewing for completeness, and closure
Proficiency in Excel (filtering)
Experience with a complaint handling software
Microsoft Teams experience
Experience in the medical device industry
Handling high volume (50-100 files) Experience reporting to the EU
Knowledge of Class 3 implantable devices
Familiarity with ETQ/Reliance complaint handling software
Bachelor's degree or higher null
