As Our HR Manager, You’ll

• Champion Communication across teams and leadership

You’ll lead benefits administration, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, budgeting/forecasting, HRIS, and special projects. Travel 10–20% for site visits and training.

What You’ll Do

• Foster Communication: keep everyone aligned with regular updates and open feedback sessions
• Model Honesty: maintain a compliant handbook and fair investigation process
• Drive Accountability: track HR metrics, hit recruitment targets, and report progress
• Prioritize Safety: design onboarding and performance programs that reinforce our safety culture
• Share Expertise: research compensation trends and manage our HRIS with precision
• Manage postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Plan and deliver new-hire orientation and manager development
• Lead annual and interim performance reviews, feedback tools, and succession planning
• Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, stay/exit interviews
• Conduct employee surveys and monitor our whistleblower system
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years full-scope HR experience
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills)
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• High discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  
  

Preferred

Bachelor’s in HR or related field; experience in construction services; familiarity with Paylocity, NetSuite, and other HRIS platforms.

Physical & Time Demands

• 40–50 hrs/week (8–5 M–F; occasional extended hours)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate multiple facilities

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 DOE
