As Our HR Manager, You’ll
- Champion Communication across teams and leadership
- Uphold Honesty with clear, transparent policies

What You’ll Do
- Foster Communication: keep everyone aligned with regular updates and open feedback sessions
- Model Honesty: maintain a compliant handbook and fair investigation process
- Drive Accountability: track HR metrics, hit recruitment targets, and report progress
- Prioritize Safety: design onboarding and performance programs that reinforce our safety culture
- Share Expertise: research compensation trends and manage our HRIS with precision
- Manage postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Plan and deliver new-hire orientation and manager development
- Lead annual and interim performance reviews, feedback tools, and succession planning
- Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, stay/exit interviews
- Conduct employee surveys and monitor our whistleblower system
- 3+ years full-scope HR experience
- SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills)
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- High discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Bachelor’s in HR or related field; experience in construction services; familiarity with Paylocity, NetSuite, and other HRIS platforms.
Physical & Time Demands
- 40–50 hrs/week (8–5 M–F; occasional extended hours)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate multiple facilities
