The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader of Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) to oversee Adobe’s world-class facilities and site operations and real estate portfolio! This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global facilities, maintaining an inclusive and conducive environment for our employees and customers alike, and managing our extensive real estate assets. The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record in facilities management.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader of Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) to oversee Adobe’s world-class facilities and site operations and real estate portfolio! This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global facilities, maintaining an inclusive and conducive environment for our employees and customers alike, and managing our extensive real estate assets. The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record in facilities management.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for all aspects of facilities and site operations across 36 countries worldwide!
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Global oversight to manage the company's real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
- Engage with senior leadership to align facilities and real estate strategies with overall business goals highlights the importance of the role in shaping the company's strategic direction and location strategy
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for facilities and real estate operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities and security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience in facilities management and real estate operations in a multi-national company.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives showcases the role's focus on long-term planning and achieving organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and distributed team.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities and real estate projects and managing financial plans for large-scale operations.
- In-depth knowledge of workplace regulations and standard methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
