Responsibilities
The Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting the Facilities and Pipeline group with all related tasks performed by the group. This includes:
Should have 2+ years' experience in duties as described. Familiarity with Oil and Gas Industry is not required. Must have excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in Aries is a plus. Must possess great inter-personal skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-disciplined environment. High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. Must have a good driving record. Experience with Process Safety Management is a plus.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.

The Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting the Facilities and Pipeline group with all related tasks performed by the group. This includes:
- Working with all departments to keep communication lines open
- Updating and maintaining information databases and gathering information from internal and external data sources. Knowledge in SQL, creating queries and data viz applications.
- This position will also involve the preparation of project information and presentations for management meetings and conferences. Strong PowerPoint skillset required (formatting, streamlining, visuals, error checking)
- Gathering technical data and researching construction projects and operations accounting to assist Facilities Engineers in efficient operation of facility and gathering projects. Will be required to closely monitor CAPEX / OPEX cost and associated data related to projects
- Ability and desire to think outside the box to help improve data analysis, communication and error minimization
