Responsibilities And Duties
- Build and foster client relationships that drive client success and enhance the client experience.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address questions and needs.
- Gather client requirements and feedback for product updates and enhancements.
- Analyze product utilization data to inform the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
- Develop educational and training material, including written guides and videos.
- Lead training webinars.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience working with Hubspot, Jira, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success roles required.
