Position Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant at Mathnasium, you'll embark on a dynamic role that offers invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Represent Mathnasium: You'll be the welcoming face of our learning center, serving students and parents with warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness.
• Operational Mastery: Receive comprehensive training in managing daily operations, supported by our team of math instructors, lead instructors, and upper management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support Daily Operations: Assist in preparing students' materials and handle routine tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate positive, trusting relationships with current and prospective customers, proactively addressing instructional concerns and resolving client queries.
• Teaching Support: Prepare teaching materials, create and distribute progress reports to parents, and collaborate with instructional staff as needed.

• Math Proficiency: Proficiency in algebra is required, highlighting a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
