- Weekly pay!
- Assist residents with non-medical, activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required
- Provide medication reminders
- Foster meaningful connections with residents, offering emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to resident care plans and provide input on individualized care needs
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents, promptly reporting any concerns or changes in health status
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any observations, contributing to the overall assessment of resident needs

What You'll Bring
Qualifications of a Home Health Aide include
- PCA / PSS Certification or equivalent
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care
