Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources operations while contributing to key HR initiatives. You will assist with core HR processes, employee record management, and engagement programs while also supporting HR projects to be determined based on business needs and your interests.

Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources operations while contributing to key HR initiatives. You will assist with core HR processes, employee record management, and engagement programs while also supporting HR projects to be determined based on business needs and your interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and scan employee records to maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system entry.
- Assist with offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
- Participate in new hire orientation, providing a welcoming experience for team members.
- Support the coordination of the Internship Program, including meetings and social events.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.
- Exposure to HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Opportunities to network with HR professionals and other interns.
- Professional development through real-world HR challenges.
