Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based in Chino, CA. The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for contributing to the overall business success by understanding the business to develop and translate strategy into action plans and driving the implementation of data driven people strategies through initiatives in areas such as total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management/development, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, change management, organizational design and strategic workforce plans, tailored for the function/market/geography in line with the Global HR strategy.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What You Will Do
- Provide HR expertise and strategic leadership to achieve optimal business results for the organization by coaching leaders to develop high performance teams; ensuring the timely and efficient deployment and development of qualified, engaged, and cost-effective workforce and leaders that drive a candor and dialog-oriented performance management culture and consistent organizational change
- Consult and partner with the respective leadership team to drive all people topics and priorities (e.g., current, and future talent challenges, overcoming obstacles), implement the global HR strategy and people initiatives to achieve the aspiration, objectives and grow the business profitably
- Closely collaborate and align with HR COEs and HRBP organizations for the entire Employee Life Cycle (Talent Attraction/Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Career Development, Incentives, Rewards/Recognition, Transitions) by translating the global HR strategy into actionable HR activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
- Provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
- Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Extensive operational HR knowledge and keen business acumen
- Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
- Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Experience with ADP system
- Master’s degree
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish
