Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch has a rare but immediate opening for a Service Advisor. We are a family owned dealership for many decades in the Mid South. While experience is strongly preferred, if you have a mechanical aptitude and superior customer service skills, you are encouraged to apply. Our service advisors are some of the best paid in our area and we believe we have the best pay plan as well. We are searching for someone that is looking for a place to call home. We have a customer base that is long standing and we want someone that can provide them with an excellent service visit and continue building their trust in Homer Skelton Ford. Our main shop technicians have worked together for over a decade and they work very well together to do their part in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a very timely manner with an energetic greeting
Listen to the customer's concerns and requests and document accordingly
Generate a repair order with accurate and detailed descriptions of the customers concerns and requests
Monitor all vehicles in the process and update customers as required throughout their visit
Answer incoming service phone calls to answer questions and set service appointments
Call customers to gain approval for the repairs and services that their vehicle needs
Perform all of the above with excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
Strong teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Must have clean driving record
must have valid driver's license
