I’m working with a privately held company that’s looking to bring on an experienced Accounting Office Manager to take ownership of both financial operations and overall office administration. Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage full-cycle accounting: A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to keep things running smoothly
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for tax prep and audit support
• Support and streamline processes across departments as needed
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting and office management experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
