Summary of Job Duties
The Purchasing Card Compliance Analyst (Fiscal Support Analyst) will work in the Business Office with Purchasing and Accounts Payable. Primary duties will include a heavy focus on auditing procurement card verifications for compliance with state and UADA policies and procedures, development of post audit processes and guidelines, assist with purchasing card administration, research related policies and regulations, work with vendors and employees on related questions, cross-train with Procurement and Accounts Payable as needed, and provide training and guidance to end-users as necessary.
This position is governed by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), state and federal laws, and institution policy.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in general business, finance, or a related field. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
