As an Entry-Level Construction Laborer, you'll get hands-on experience working alongside skilled craftsmen and project leaders to build homes that are healthier, more efficient, and longer-lasting than the industry standard. Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside Lead Carpenters and Operations Managers in all phases of residential construction
• Assist in the setup, execution, and cleanup of jobsites from excavation to finishing
• Learn and apply techniques for installing ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms), rough framing, and more
• Help coordinate delivery, storage, and protection of construction materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite environment
• Use construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Participate in quality control efforts, learning what it takes to meet R-Value's high standards
• Support the team with general labor, site prep, and project execution as needed
• Commit to personal growth and continual learning through on-the-job training
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or a similar trade preferred, but not required - we'll train the right candidate
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow in the craft
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Dependable, punctual, and respectful to others
• Willingness to follow directions, take initiative, and show attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday (hours may vary based on jobsite)
