As a Sr Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping efforts to deliver outstanding support to our OEM partners, channel partners and end operators, enhancing the customer experience.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Customer Experience, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a hybrid work schedule.

As a Sr Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping efforts to deliver outstanding support to our OEM partners, channel partners and end operators, enhancing the customer experience.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Customer Experience, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a hybrid work schedule.
- Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Honeywell’s customers, including channel partners, OEM aircraft manufacturers and Business and General Aviation aircraft operators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Honeywell teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide a point of escalation to our customers and guidance to the supporting Honeywell organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of aerospace systems and solutions
- Manage and optimize customer support resources to meet business objectives

- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in implementing customer service best practices
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce & SAP
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong technical knowledge of aerospace systems
