Salary/Pay Rate: $37.40 to $41.56 an Hour

Job Description:

The Retail Creative team is looking for a Multimedia Designer to help provide best in class creative to support all owned and operated merchandise locations domestically in the form of windows, interior displays, digital displays, and printed graphics for new and existing locations.

Together with the Retail Creative Manager, the Multimedia Designer will help design, develop, and produce graphic elements for installation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Retail Creative manager in planning, strategy, design, production, and implementation of storewide graphic packages to support over 350 retail locations
• Support the Retail Creative team in developing, refining, and executing graphic solutions for both single-site and global activations
• Develop compelling and engaging content, motion graphics, animations, and videos that adhere to established guidelines
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on retail concept development and print graphic production, as needed
• Responsible for preparing files for print and/or fabrication

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of motion graphic design and production design experience
• Must provide a design portfolio
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe creative suite with emphasis on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to accurately conceptualize and design video content, storyboards, print material, and design intents for approval processes before final design work begins
• Technical understanding of hardware requirements and best practices for digital displays
• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on graphic production environment (printing, cutting, assembling and delivery) with a high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple projects with short deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work overnights and early mornings as needed
• Must have a valid US driver's license
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. with the ability to stand for extended periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent

Ideal Candidate:

• Five (5) years of motion graphic design and/or production design experience
• 3D video rendering or concept design a plus
• Experience working with a variety of digital display formats including TV screens, projectors, handheld devices, and emerging technologies such as transparent films
• Familiarity with large format printing and print production workflow
• BA/BS degree from an accredited program or equiv.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.40 to $41.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
