- Lead a strong, experienced technical team to operate in an effective manner maintaining a high standard of quality and positive attitude.
- Supervise parts procurement and supplement process
- Monitor sublet and production schedule
- Ensure the repairs are of the highest standards
- Comply with federal and state regulations
- Handle customer complaints and oversight of repair records
- Productive recruiting and training
- Experience in body shop management and experienced estimator- (experience in body shop repair facility, CCC one and dealer track software is a plus)
- Complete understanding of collision repair process and familiarity in insurance repair procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid IA driver’s license
