- Review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with members and staff to gather and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Order credit reports and perform verification processes for loan applications.
- Track loan status and ensure milestones are met within established guidelines.
- Assist in preparing commercial loan closing documents and ensure all paperwork is correct and ready for closing.
- Follow up after closing to ensure completion of required documentation, such as insurance, tax verification, final title policies, and audited documents with signatures.
- Communicate with members and staff to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with commercial lending laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external members for a smooth loan processing experience.
