Job Purpose

We are looking for a friendly, helpful and engaged Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact with our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service with professionalism and care. If you are passionate about helping other and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you! This position will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to, order entry, complaint resolutions, written and verbal correspondence, account setup and maintenance, taking order payments, warranties, scheduling and freight. This position will develop and maintain positive working relationships not only with customers, but also internally with all areas of the organization.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to customers by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Acts as liaison between our customers and the business. Assists with orders, account questions, product questions and other queries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating attentiveness, active listening and a willingness to assist.
  • Places and schedules customer orders and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay informed about company products, services and policies to offer accurate and helpful information
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and share feedback with the team

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Must be friendly and approachable. Customers and teammates should feel welcomed and valued in every interaction.
  • Must be helpful and proactive. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using computers and Microsoft products, and keyboarding.
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively. High attention to detail and excellent organization skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education. Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
