Digital Account Executives are responsible for driving sustainable growth in Siemens’ Digital Business through expanding digital services and solutions and developing new customers. You will drive digital solutions and services growth with incremental growth through the emerging Digital Business digital service and solution portfolio.

Variable compensation (bonus) for this role is based on digital services and solutions order intake and revenue growth in targeted new account development.

This is a REMOTE position that can be based anywhere in the Western Time Zone.

As a Digital Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute large account sales strategies to expand Siemens' digital solutions and services footprint in large-scale U.S. accounts
  • Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition, with a focus on industries such as Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Commercial Real Estate, and Manufacturing
  • Identify and pursue high-value enterprise sales opportunities by leveraging industry trends, data-driven insights, and installed base targeting
  • Expand Siemens' account relationships through consultative selling and digital transformation advisory, including identification of use cases, transformation roadmap, financial planning and execution strategy for customer, and transformation program setup
  • Lead complex contract negotiations for large-scale digital service and solution opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within targeted enterprise accounts, positioning Siemens as a strategic digital transformation partner
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to closing and post-sales engagement
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to support revenue growth objectives by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine messaging and drive customer engagement
  • Regularly report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progression, and market insights to inform business strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively position Siemens’ digital service and solution portfolio

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, digital transformation, or automation services/solutions sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in use cases, cybersecurity landscape for large accounts, and large customer OT business operations
  • Deep experience in consultative enterprise sales, strategic account management, and complex contract negotiations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and industrial automation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to drive deals in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated proven ability to develop senior-level relationships and establish Siemens as a trusted advisor in digital transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in driving enterprise sales through a disciplined sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • This is a remote role supporting the west coast of the U.S. Only candidates that currently reside in MST or PST will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated expertise in industries such as Automotive, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Healthcare, or Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred.

  • The pay range for this position is $80,160 - $137,400 and has a no cap commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
