The Supervisor of Recreational Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the recreational facilities and activities at the property. This role involves ensuring the safety and enjoyment of residents and guests, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of recreational areas, and leading a team of recreational attendants. The supervisor will also assist with the organization of events and activities, and ensure that all facilities are operated in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate recreational activities and events for the community
  • Manage the clubhouse for the community
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of recreational facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and common areas.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to recreational attendants, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents and guests using the facilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of recreational areas, including regular cleaning and equipment checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility usage and incidents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety protocols and customer service.

Requirements:

Weekends required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in recreation management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a recreational or customer service setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Salary: $21.50 per hour
