We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern who’s eager to jump into the fast-paced world of recruiting and help shape the future of a growing company! If you’re a senior in college with internship or work experience, or a recent grad open to an internship-to-potential full-time transition, we want to hear from you! You'll play a vital role by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating hiring events to improve our hiring strategies, you’ll make a lasting impact. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences.

This in-person role will be based out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruiting Operations
    • Open and close job requisitions and refresh them every 30 days
    • Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance of ATS
    • Manage and post jobs on platforms like Handshake, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
    • Ensure accurate sponsorship of postings on external sites (Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
    • Track and report on recruiting metrics, including candidate engagement and hiring timeline, and dealership needs
    • Manage the recruiting inbox
    • Communicate leadership-level job requisitions to TA Manager
    • Develop content ideas and assist with posting on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to promote open positions and enhance branding
    • Projects:
      • Audit and update job descriptions
      • Audit and update screening questions in ATS
      • Update email templates in ATS
      • Update where job descriptions should be housed and accessible
      • Help define recruiting processes by creating SOPs
    • Candidate Engagement
      • Communicate with all internal and external candidates within 24 hours
      • Schedule college intern and graduate interviews
      • Maintain consistent touchpoints with high-potential candidates weekly
      • Identify qualified candidates via Handshake
    • Events & Partnerships
      • Support the TA Manager and dealerships by maintaining relationships with local resources
      • Prepare materials for upcoming recruiting events, confirm logistics, and coordinate event needs
      • Travel occasionally and participate in recruiting events
      • Send proactive outreaches before and follow-ups after recruiting events
      • Assist in managing third-party recruiter referrals across 22 locations
What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a senior in college with internship or work experience, or a recent grad open to an internship-to-potential full-time transition
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you can juggle multiple tasks while balancing urgency and accuracy
  • Metrics-driven mindset: you love tracking progress, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve
  • Proactive, positive attitude with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability to new tools and processes, whether it’s learning an ATS (like UKG), using job boards, or exploring networking tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while staying aligned with team goals
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges head-on
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of town to represent the company at events
  • Proven track record of success in achieving goals, whether in work, academics, or personal projects
  • Working towards or have obtained a bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business administration, or related field (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Genuine alignment with our core values and the ability to model them in all interactions
  • Skills that are nice-to have but not required:
    • Experience with UKG Recruiting or other ATS platforms
    • Familiarity with social media and online recruiting strategies
    • Prior event coordination or public speaking experience
What Goals You Need To Achieve

  • Fill roles within an average of 30-45 days for general dealership positions
  • Plan and attend at least two major career fairs per semester and generate a minimum of 30 solid leads per fair
  • Build a strategy for which key career fairs to attend each semester
  • Establish at least two new school partnerships
  • Assist with publishing 8-10 social media posts monthly
