As director, Innovation - Marketing, you will…
- Lead the US marketing teams responsible for defining our 24-month product priorities, menu strategy, and seasonal narratives.
- Evolve, grow, and optimize our end-to-end framework for product innovation, including instituting an advanced stage-gate process.
- Partner closely with a wide array of leaders across R&D, Beverage, Food, Lobby, Portfolio Management & Analytics, LS, and Product Integration to achieve US CO and LS growth objectives.
- Progressive experience in product/brand management and marketing (10 years+)
- Accountability for building product strategic plans and menu strategy (5 years+)
- A passion for food, beverage, customer trends, culture, and innovation
- Track record of building and leading high-performing mid-large sized teams
- Strategic vision paired with the ability to advance priorities through a complex, matrixed organizational structure
- Collaborative, open-minded approach to partnering across the enterprise
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
