LHH is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for a law firm in Pittsburgh. This is a full time on-site role.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Litigation Paralegal to support our full litigation group in our Pittsburgh office. You will support attorneys with a focus on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

About The Role

You’ll play a key role supporting litigation matters, including:

  • Complex commercial disputes involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and unfair competition.
  • High-stakes customer and supplier disputes.
  • Corporate governance and shareholder litigation.
  • Post-acquisition disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
  • Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
  • Conduct legal and factual research; summarize depositions and records.
  • Prepare discovery responses and manage document production, including redactions.
  • Organize and maintain case files and trial prep materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel.
  • Support trial prep, including exhibits, witness prep, and logistics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be proactive and responsive.
  • Highly dependable – punctual, communicative, and team-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
