Description

  • Implement sales strategies and tactics to support the park’s Marketing Plan
  • Prospect to find new sources of group revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with group and consignment clients.
  • Maintain systems for sales lead generation to include CRM, direct mail, trade/consumer shows and traditional sales efforts.
  • Generate new business and support existing business in sales channels including Corporate, Scouts, Church, Special Interest (band, choral, performance, fraternal) and Education Groups (field trips, homeschool, education days).
  • Work with marketing team to develop content for any/all sales collateral including but not limited to website, direct mail pieces, brochures, flyers and emails.
  • Drive revenue and EBITDA through day admissions, season pass, catering and event sales.
  • Represent park at various trade/travel shows.
  • Represent park within various professional groups.
  • Assist in creation and execution of park’s special events.
  • Act as a group client advocate among park management.
  • Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion
  • Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
  • Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
  • Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
  • “Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigne
