Role Description: Data Analyst Internship

Role Purpose

As a Data Analyst Intern at Wasabi Technology, you will work closely with our Business Intelligence team to analyze data and provide insights that will inform our business strategy. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large and complex data sets, as well as developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and process large and complex data sets from various sources.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
