Brief Description

Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and enhancing CRICO’s visual communication strategy by developing high-quality, impactful visual content across multiple platforms. They will collaborate closely with content experts and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective design solutions that align with the organization's brand and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of visually compelling designs across various media including web, email, print, presentations, and data visualizations, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively to develop projects from concept to execution including:
    • Participate in project planning by contributing to creative direction, workflow efficiencies, and design best practices to improve overall project outcomes.
    • Produce high-quality final deliverables by reviewing and refining designs to meet branding, accessibility, and user experience standards.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Support content strategy initiatives including editorial planning and style guide adherence.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards while collaborating across teams.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with PowerPoint and presentation visualization best practices
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS to support digital projects
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital design trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing using AfterEffects.
  • Experience designing in Adobe XD or Figma for digital and interactive projects
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerBI for data-driven visual storytelling
  • Prior experience in health care, insurance, or data-driven industries

Skills

  • Apply strong understanding of visual design principles
  • Expertise in problem-solving design challenges through creativity and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit basic project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong understanding of typography, including font selection, with the ability to learn and apply our brand type.
  • Maintain a customer-service mindset with a focus on user experience
