What You'll Do

Join our Global Creative Team at Dermalogica and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand through innovative design. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing brand storytelling to life. You’ll work closely with internal teams and creative agencies to execute high-impact global initiatives that elevate the Dermalogica experience across multiple touchpoints. If you're a creative thinker with a keen eye for design, we want you to help us shape the future of our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development of global innovation projects, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal teams to execute projects from concept to completion, maintaining high-quality design standards.
  • Own the design process, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery of assets.
  • Develop compelling visual narratives and design assets that bring our brand strategies to life across campaigns, packaging, digital platforms, and more.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of brand identity assets, design systems, and guidelines.
  • Conduct research on consumer insights, industry trends, and cultural movements to inform your creative direction.
  • Contribute fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining brand consistency and driving business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to create cohesive brand experiences that resonate with our global audience.
  • Help develop guidelines, templates, and tools for both internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and application of our brand identity systems company-wide.

What You'll Bring

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design range
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required; After Effects is a plus
  • Solid experience working on collaborative projects, ideally with external creative agencies

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • A strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual identity, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to execute designs across various formats, including digital, print, and packaging
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and driven to deliver creative excellence under tight deadlines

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion design, 3D visualization, or experiential branding
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital branding
  • Familiarity with design research and data-driven approaches to design

The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA, with applicable hybrid on-site guidelines. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.

This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
