Local luxury automotive dealership is searching for an experienced and energetic BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to take our customer service and sales support to the next level. If you have a passion for luxury vehicles, exceptional customer service, and leading a team, we want you on board.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the BDC department, ensuring all leads are handled efficiently
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales and service appointments
Train, motivate, and support BDC representatives to meet individual and team goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency
Collaborate closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead management
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications:
Previous BDC Management experience required, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven ability to lead and manage a successful team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems
A customer-first mentality with a focus on building lasting relationships
Analytical skills to track and improve department performance metrics
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
