Position Summary:

Manages and develops General Managers assigned to his or her area while ensuring each dealership runs efficiently, profitably, to Company standards meeting all objectives with their businesses conducted within the guidelines of Company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise General Managers.
• Evaluating, to some degree, every aspect of store operations to include but not be limited to customer service, purchasing, inventory management, underwriting, wholesale liquidation, collections, credit losses, expenditures, hiring, Associate development, organization, facility upkeep, and adherence to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Use Company reports for review and assessment or all aforementioned aspects of the business.
• Visit each dealership at least two times per month or more frequently if required.
• Ensure GMs are planning and taking appropriate action to achieve Company standards and objectives.
• Evaluate GM strengths and areas for improvement. Help GMs to prepare developmental plans to improve deficiencies and provide appropriate feedback on their progress.
• Establish a trust and confidence bond with GMs and other Associates by fair treatment, inviting participation, and providing appropriate feedback.
• Be decisive and expedient in decisions to provide proper and timely support to the General Managers.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS, preferably with an emphasis on Management
• 3+ years of experience in Multi-facility Management Roles
