Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role collaborates closely with leaders and members of the Home Health Operations Support team to enable data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the position serves as a liaison to the Business Intelligence department, supporting the analytical needs of various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role collaborates closely with leaders and members of the Home Health Operations Support team to enable data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the position serves as a liaison to the Business Intelligence department, supporting the analytical needs of various stakeholders.
- Gathers and analyzes business and industry data.
- Examines, interprets, and reports results of data from reports and analytical tools.
- Works with managers to outline the specific data needs for operating their departments and making decisions.
- Manages and optimizes processes for data collection, validation, visualization and communication of deliverables.
- Uses existing statistical methods to analyze and update data, generate effective metrics and report relevant results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizes and drives successful completion of projects through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manages large sets of data from various systems.
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics of Home Health Operations Support initiatives
- Prepares and delivers formal presentations of findings, including synthesizing data, identifying key insights, and making actionable recommendations. Creates scorecards, dashboards and reports using relevant data.
- Serves as a liaison between the Business Intelligence team and stakeholders.
- Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required-
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four (4+) years in data analyst support and strong data mining experience.
- Experience working with databases and creating scorecards or dashboards using relevant data to display measures.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Analytics, and other analytical and report writing tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, finance, computer science or related field.
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
