Role: Scrum Master
Contract Length: 12 Months (with the intention to convert to FTE)
Location: Lenexa, KS – Hybrid (flexible on in-office days)
The Scrum Master will lead cross-functional teams to deliver agile-based product solutions, driving alignment, transparency, and speed to value. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between multiple product owners, team members, and stakeholders—facilitating key agile ceremonies such as Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
You’ll be instrumental in removing roadblocks, ensuring adherence to Scrum best practices, and setting a strong example of agile principles. This role also involves managing and reporting on release budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
