About The Role
The Medical Outcomes Analyst is responsible for analyzing clinical and healthcare data to evaluate medical treatment outcomes, improve patient care, and support value-based healthcare initiatives. This role collaborates with clinical teams, researchers, and data scientists to interpret trends, assess healthcare interventions, and generate actionable insights that inform policy, care delivery, and strategic decisions.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Eden has identified the expected annual base salary range for this role: $90,000 - $135,000
At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.

About The Role
The Medical Outcomes Analyst is responsible for analyzing clinical and healthcare data to evaluate medical treatment outcomes, improve patient care, and support value-based healthcare initiatives. This role collaborates with clinical teams, researchers, and data scientists to interpret trends, assess healthcare interventions, and generate actionable insights that inform policy, care delivery, and strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, claims, and patient-reported data to assess treatment effectiveness, outcomes, and quality metrics.
- Develop statistical models and perform cost-effectiveness and comparative effectiveness analyses.
- Support clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world evidence (RWE) research.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical, data science, and policy teams to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Contribute to the development of value dossiers, publications, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for improved clinical efficiency, patient outcomes, or cost savings.
What You Bring to Eden
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in outcomes research, health economics, or clinical analytics.
- Experience working with large healthcare datasets (EMR, claims, registries).
- Familiarity with healthcare quality measures, clinical guidelines, and population health metrics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and regulatory environments.
