The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,300.00 - $87,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures while ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. This position involves data analysis, documentation, and collaboration within a fast-paced laboratory environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze routine data to ensure processes align with expectations and tolerances, escalating unusual results as needed.
- Upload data analysis results to LIMS under the guidance of senior staff.
- Prepare buffers, solutions, and perform calibration/maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and procedural updates.
- Provide hands-on training to entry-level staff and support onboarding processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 6S requirements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science; medical laboratory technology; or cytotechnology.
- 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices, including hazardous chemical handling.
- Experience with automation or specialized lab equipment and quality control metrics.
- Capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
