Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage onboarding processes for all new hires
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug screenings
- Communicate with new hires, hiring managers, and internal HR teams throughout onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date onboarding records and ensure accurate documentation in HR systems
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to onboarding enhancements
- Support ongoing team projects and participate in key team meetings as needed
- 1+ year of onboarding experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Type: Contract (5-8 weeks) or potential to be Contract-to-Hire
- Schedule: Standard 8-hour day, some flexibility in start/end times
- Background check and drug screen required (includes cannabis)
- Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
- On-site Parking: Available
