IN A NUTSHELL…

The Fresh Pack Shift Lead works closely with the Supervisor to produce and package the highest quality pre rolls and flower fresh packs. The team lead is accountable and responsible for the proper tracking of inventory and packaging through leaf logix and METRC systems, with minimal error.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Follows company Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
  • Trains and Reviews writing for all team members to increase and monitor skill level
  • Holds teams accountable in all aspects of their work, especially production, quality, and timesheets
  • Sets up daily cleaning duties for respective team and guarantees sanitation of all mediums used to carry marijuana, as well as overall room sanitation
  • Adheres to MIP Quality Guidelines to ensure the accuracy of all products being produced and packaged
  • Provides quality assurance and accurate counts in leaf logix and of the physical packages, including the final signature on all Count Ledgers and tamper-taping physical packages
  • Verifies all QC / Compliance checkpoints are met throughout shift
  • Assists fresh pack team in creating shipping boxes, final steps of projects, ensures projection completion and accuracy
  • Enforces MIP Production/Shipping SOPs, including all documents, guides, including label counts, units per box, label placement, demos, and checklists
  • Manage all data processing, including but not limited to printing FP labels, creating packages in the seed to sale system, and printing / adhering all finished packaging labels

Required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Ability to handle stress, interact professionally with staff and lead by example
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to focus, be task oriented, independently motivated and have an awareness of the room's operations as a whole
  • Proficient with computers and data entry
  • Ability to work as a team member, be organized and have extreme attention to detail

Preferred

  • 6 months Fresh Pack and/or Pre-Roll experience

Physical Requirements

  • Indoor clean room environment.
  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day
  • Requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
  • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted and 50 lbs. assisted.
