Your Day To Day
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to develop new accounts, manage and grow client accounts, build strong long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the key liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.

Your Day To Day
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to develop new accounts, manage and grow client accounts, build strong long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the key liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.
You Will Be Accountable To
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with new clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, technology, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
- Industry-specific experience in Satellite Communications (ground segment business)
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
