Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Open repair orders and gather all necessary vehicle and customer information
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnostics and repair timelines
- Keep customers informed of repair status and estimated completion times
- Review completed work with customers and close out service tickets
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate parts needs with the parts department
- Maintain clear and accurate service records
- Prior experience as a service writer or service advisor in the commercial truck, diesel, or heavy-duty equipment industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of diesel truck systems and common repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using service software and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license
