To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Primary Responsibilities
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Inspect, perform maintenance, repair, installation, and cleaning of company assets; including, but not limited to building Infrastructure, interior utilities, interior electrical, air conditioning, machinery, equipment, and other assets identified by APD.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
