PASCO's MISSION - To facilitate choice, independence, and peace of mind for families living with disabilities by offering a full range of in-home caregiving options, Medicaid expertise, and broad supports including advocacy and community inclusion.

The Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the CEO, facilitating effective decision-making, overseeing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role is pivotal in aligning PASCO's operational activities with its mission and strategic objectives.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communication & Liaison:
• Act as a conduit between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive seamless organizational communication across all entities, including internal teams, affiliated brands, and corporate leadership

• Project Management:
• Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Effectively lead change management efforts to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and support successful implementation of initiatives across the organization.

• Team Leadership & Development:
• Supervise and mentor department heads and key staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• May lead a team, providing direction, support, and development to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
  

This position is a hybrid model. You will be required to come into our office in Lakewood, CO.

What You Bring To The Table

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role within healthcare or home care services.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Colorado's healthcare regulations and home care industry standards.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

The Expected Colorado Pay Range For This Position

$130,000—$180,000 USD
