Summary
Within the Financial Planning & Analysis Team (FP&A), the Financial Analyst Co-op will play a key role in supporting the month-end close analysis and reporting process. The Financial Analyst Co-op will also support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
Responsibilities Include
Candidate should possess strong strategic skills, be a self-starter and be able to work both independently and within a cross functional team environment and possess an exceptionally strong attention to detail.
A car is recommended as Analogic is not easily accessible by public transportation.
Within the Financial Planning & Analysis Team (FP&A), the Financial Analyst Co-op will play a key role in supporting the month-end close analysis and reporting process. The Financial Analyst Co-op will also support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
Responsibilities Include
- Prepare, Analyze, and Report on Corporate SG&A and R&D expenses
- Roll-over all executive reporting packages in preparation of month-end reporting
- Analyze facilities charges and prepare monthly allocation entries
- Assist Finance and Business Team members to prepare ad hoc analytics and reports
- Participate in the budget/forecast processes and interact with senior management as part of financial review meetings.
- Be open/willing to design new processes that improve the quality and functionality of financial reporting.
- Support unique projects that provide exposure to financial modeling and/or project management.
Candidate should possess strong strategic skills, be a self-starter and be able to work both independently and within a cross functional team environment and possess an exceptionally strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
A car is recommended as Analogic is not easily accessible by public transportation.
