LHH is partnering with a premier law firm in Miami, FL to find a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in complex commercial and business litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and make a significant impact on high-profile cases.

- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
- Manage document discovery including e-discovery tools, document review, and production.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other court filings.
- Conduct factual and legal research, including analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain case calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely filings and court appearances.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and managing logistics.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Strong understanding of federal and Florida state court rules and procedures.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
