Delaware North is hiring a full-time Labor Data Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Labor Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of dashboards and reports. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards using Tableau for BI visualization and forecasting, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Execute complex data extraction and transformation processes from diverse data sources using SQL
  • Implement predictive modeling algorithms to address large-scale business challenges
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on advanced dashboard functionalities, and continuously optimize dashboard performance and user experience
  • Support the implementation and optimization of an enterprise labor management program, including scheduling, time tracking, and performance monitoring to enhance workforce productivity and operational efficiency

More About You

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, computer science, business economics, statistics, finance, or a related field; master’s degree in data science, business analytics, or coding languages such as SQL
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Strong expertise with Excel and intermediate SQL understanding, with extensive experience in data extraction, transformation, and relational databases
  • Proven ability to apply predictive modeling to solve large-scale business problems, and handle large volumes of data, including labor, finance, point-of-sale, and HR datasets
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and metrics for collection and analysis, with knowledge of labor and productivity concepts and their correlation to financial outcomes
  • Ability to understand financials and navigate financial software like Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, Cognos, with experience in UKG Dimensions and Point of Sale systems data preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
