Driver\'s License SUMMARY The City of Chicopee\'s Recreation Department

is hiring a Recreation Leader who will be responsible for overseeing

daily operations of parks and supervises all Park staff on a daily

basis. Individuals are responsible for Teaching & modeling youth

engagement, and Activity leadership. Individuals must be able

troubleshoot problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE: Develop, Implement &

model summer parks program. Ensures daily & weekly schedules, employee

hours, and reports any changes to Recreation Supervisor. Handles ail

staff and patron grievances and addresses them to the Recreation

Supervisor as needed. Keeps up - to - date and organized records of all

equipment and supplies. Evaluates and reviews the performance, of all

staff members & programs. QUALIFICATIONS Massachusetts Class D Driver\'s

License. - Required American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid

C.P.R./A.E.D., American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric C.P.R./AE.D., American

Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid, American Heart Association Basic

First. Aid, American Hearl Association C.P.R. /A.E.D. and W.S.I. -
