Savory is looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Recruiter for one of our portfolio brands.

The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.

What You'll Do
- Occasional travel in and out of state to new store openings, facilitating and hosting hiring events.
- Post jobs on multiple career sites
- Source in-bound and out-bound candidates
- Hiring at least one or two General Managers per week
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and sometimes arranging travel for visiting candidates.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, text, and email
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
- Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Updating candidate records in recruiting systems
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates
- Staffing new store locations in time for the grand opening
- Leading in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Source active and passive candidates
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases, arranging travel for visiting candidates
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
- Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Participate in planning recruiting strategy, including potential future openings and other high-level forecasting.
- Updating candidate records in recruiting systems
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing store staffing status updates to brand leadership
- Be an active and engaged participant at the table by bringing ideas, suggestions, and solutions.
What You'll Need
- Must have 4- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday in our Lehi, UT office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as an administrator
- Able to work flexibly, reacting correctly to ever-changing schedules
- Ability to create and utilize tools to plan out, track progress, and achieve goals
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Master problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent time and productivity manager
- Strong commitment to culture and company values
- Ability to maintain a high level of ownership mentality and accountability
- Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Suite, including Teams
- Experience with Outlook Calendar, MS Word, Excel, and monday.com
