You will oversee the distribution team’s daily operations including Outbound, Inbound and Administrative processes. Make dynamic modifications to the typical teamwork assignments of carton induction, procurement, picking, packing, receiving, put away, wave release, and export shipping to meet demand. Provide coaching and training to team members and assist in establishing priorities. Lead daily Team meetings to provide feedback and establish the day’s objectives. Communication and coordination with other departments will be needed to guide the proper processing of all deliveries/shipments.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $94,100 to $129,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Contribute to meeting the Logistics goals of On-Time In-Full customer shipments, On-Time Receiving, Safety, Productivity, Shipping Accuracy and Inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and communicate with the team on their daily progress towards both individual and shared goals.
- Effectively supervise the proper receipt and storage of both materials and shipping supplies.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute projects to implement changes.
- Contribute to a dynamic, global warehouse team.
- Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 4-6 years working in materials related functions in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution facility managing teams
- Experienced in basic warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, picking and packing of finished goods.
- Working knowledge of inventory control/management techniques.
- Experienced in handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials and with perishable goods.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, Import/Export, etc) pertaining to the handling, storage and shipment of materials
- Ability to flex and adapt to unexpected changes and fluctuations in scheduling is extremely desirable.
- Experience working with ISO and FDA and global trade compliance preferred.
- Working knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP EWM.
