The Internship Experience Lead plays a pivotal role in orchestrating an enriching and impactful internship program for participants.

This position involves advising, implementing, and overseeing various aspects of the internship experience to ensure that interns gain valuable skills, knowledge, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

  • Collaborations across various business functions such as Marketing, Project Management, and Operations to define objectives and learning outcomes
  • Advise on design and develop the overall structure and content of the internship program.
  • Help identify and secure resources, such as guest speakers, workshops, and training materials, to enhance the internship experience.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for interns, including advertising openings, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to onboard interns and familiarize them with the program objectives, expectations, and resources available to them.
  • Collect feedback from interns, mentors, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the internship program.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for future cohorts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for program enhancement.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
