William Ryan Homes – Tampa is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales team. This role is key to executing marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic and convert leads into homebuyers. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and tech-savvy, with a passion for real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Division’s Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ambassador, ensuring our digital presence is optimized for discoverability and profitability.
- Maintain and enhance website content with a focus on SEO and customer engagement.
- Assist in the launch of new communities, model homes, and sales centers—including digital marketing updates, signage, collateral, and grand opening events.
- Collaborate on the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as drone videos, testimonials, display ads, promotional graphics, and community/home imagery.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral for sales offices.
- Support the Broker of Record with MLS listings and related updates.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent and effective community presentation—both in person and online.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team.
- Strong analytical mindset; uses data to inform and improve marketing efforts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with web design, SEO best practices, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools.
- Experience in residential homebuilding or real estate is a plus.
- 2+ years of marketing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Occasional travel to model homes and communities is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance.
