Oversees the direction of human resources at all Troon managed facilities.
Essential Duties:
Bachelor’s degree and 7 - 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six years previous management experience.

PHR or SPHR preferred
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
Oversees the direction of human resources at all Troon managed facilities.
Essential Duties:
- Plans and executes Human Resources initiatives and programs that support business objective of our clients
- Executes Human Resources systems and processes including acting as a liaison with legal counsel to ensure compliance with Federal/State and country laws.
- Responsible for directing the people side of all transitions
- Develops efficient HR operations workflows and practices
- Leads a geographically dispersed HR team and ensure that clients are being supported through various partnership strategies
- Will be “hands on”, with a strong sense of urgency to address issues and support the business
- Advises and assists management in carrying out their responsibilities with employment matters.
- Thorough understanding of union, labor, and employment laws for compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Creates ‘best practices’ as they relate to human resources for all employees.
- Provides applicable labor, HR and other related training to the organization.

- Strong familiarity with labor and legislation laws

- Strong command over all HR operations and processes
- Possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
