We are seeking a
- Speech Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services to children aged birth-5 and support their families.
- The role offers
- mentorship from experienced therapists, a flexible schedule (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday), and full-time salaried employment with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
- Services are provided in homes and daycare settings, with a supportive client service team, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional development.
- Key responsibilities include assessing children, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals, documenting progress, communicating with families and team members, and modifying goals as needed.
- The position requires a graduate degree in communication disorders recognized by ASHA, current licensure, and preferably early intervention experience.
- The role involves physical activity such as transferring and handling children, with a focus on natural environment interventions.
